1 We have conquered for you a clear conquest 2 That Allah may forgive you for what has preceded of your sin and what has followed and complete his grace upon you and guide you to a straight path 3 And that Allah may grant you a mighty victory. 4 He is the one who sent down the Shekhinah into the hearts of the believers that they may increase in faith with their faith. And Lah’s are the troops of the skies and the Earth. And Allah was learned, wise 5 That he may admit the believing men and the believing women to jannat, rivers running beneath them, abiding therein indefinitely, and atone for them their evil deeds, and that was with Allah a great win. 6 And that he may torture the male and female hypocrites and the mushrikun and the mushrikat who think evil assumption of Allah. Upon them is the circle of evil and Allah was angry with them and he has cursed them and has prepared for them Jahannam and bad was a destiny. 7 And Lah’s are the troops of the skies and the Earth and Allah was mighty, wise. 8 We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of good news and as a nadhir 9 That you may believe in Allah and his messenger and assist him and respect him and glorify him in the morning and the late afternoon. 10 Those who pledge allegiance to you only pledge allegiance to Allah. Allah’s hand is over their hands. So he who has broken only breaks against himself and he who has fulfilled what he has covenanted upon with Allah, he will give him a great wage. 11 The remaining men of the Bedouins will say to you: Our monies and our family preoccupied us so ask for forgiveness for us. They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: Then who dominates for you against Allah at all if he wants harm for you or wants benefit for you? Rather, Allah was an expert in what you do. 12 Rather, you thought that the messenger and the believers would never veer to their family and that was adorned in your hearts. And you thought evil assumption and were a fallow people. 13 And he who has not believed in Allah and his messenger, we have prepared for the kafirun a blaze. 14 And Lah’s is the dominion of the skies and the Earth. He forgives whom he wills and tortures whom he wills. And Allah was a forgiver, merciful. 15 The remaining men will say when you set out to spoils to take them: Let us follow you. They want to change Allah’s words. Say: You will not follow us. Thus did Allah say before. Then they will say: Rather, you envy us. Rather, they were not comprehending except a little. 16 Say to the remaining men of the Bedouins: You will be called to a people, men of severe horribleness. You fight them or they surrender. Then if you obey Allah gives you a good wage. But if you turn away as you turned away before, he tortures you with painful torture. 17 There is no difficulty upon the blind man nor difficulty upon the lame nor difficulty upon the sick. And he who obeys Allah and his messenger, he admits him to jannat, rivers running beneath them. But he who turns away, he tortures him with painful torture. 18 Allah was pleased with the believers when they pledge allegiance to you under the tree and he knew what is in their hearts. So he sent down the Shekhinah upon them and rewarded them with a close conquest 19 And many spoils that they take. And Allah was mighty, wise. 20 Allah has promised you many spoils that you take and has hastened this for you and has curbed the hands of the people from you and that it may be a sign for the believers and that he may guide you to a straight path. 21 And another that you did not have power over, Allah encompassed it. And Allah was mighty over everything. 22 And had those who have disbelieved fought you they would have turned their backsides. Then they would not find a protector or helper. 23 Allah’s sunnah which had passed away before and you will not find change to Allah’s sunnah. 24 And he is the one who kept their hands from you and your hands from them in the belly of Makkah after he had granted you victory over them. And Allah was a seer of what you do. 25 They are those who have disbelieved and blocked you from the Sacred Mosque and the hadi prevented from reaching its place of sacrifice. And had it not been for believing men and women whom you did not know that you might trample them and disgrace would hit you from them without knowledge. That Allah may admit into his mercy whom he wills. Had they been apart we would have tortured those who had disbelieved among them with painful torture. 26 When he had put zeal in the hearts of those who had disbelieved, the zeal of the Jahiliyyah. Then Allah sent down his shekhinah upon his messenger and upon the believers and compelled them to the word of taqwa and they had more right to it and were more deserving of it. And Allah was learned in everything. 27 And Allah has confirmed his messenger the vision in truth. You shall enter the Sacred Mosque, if Allah wills, secure, your heads shaved and shortened, not fearing. But he knew what you did not know and he made instead of that a close conquest. 28 He is the one who sent his messenger with the guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion. And Allah was sufficient as a witness. 29 Muhammad is Allah’s messenger and those with him are severe against the kuffar, merciful among them. You see them bowing, doing sujud, seeking favour from Allah and pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of sujud. That is their similitude in the Torah. And their similitude in the Injil is like a seed, its shoot has come out then it has strengthened it then it has become thick and has ascended on its stem pleasing the sowers that he may enrage the kuffar by them. Allah has promised those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great wage.
