S 75 (31) Al-Qiyamah

1 I do not swear by the day of resurrection 2 Nor do I swear by the admonishing soul. 3 Does man think that we shall not gather his bones? 4 Yes, we are able to equalise his digital phalanges. 5 Rather, man wants to fornicate before him. 6 He asks: When is the day of resurrection? 7 And when vision has dazzled 8 and the moon been eclipsed 9 And the sun and the moon have been united 10 Man says on that day: Where is the escape? 11 Not at all! There is no refuge. 12 To your lord, on that day, is the residence. 13 Man is informed on that day of what he sent ahead and held back. 14 Rather, man is an insight against himself, 15 Even if he throws his excuses. 16 Do not move your tongue with it to hurry with it. 17 Upon us is its collection and its quran. 18 So when we have read it follow its quran. 19 Then upon us is its clearness. 20 Not at all! But you love the present life 21 And leave the hereafter. 22 Faces on that day are bright, 23 Looking at their lord. 24 And faces on that day are gloomy 25 Thinking that backbreaking will be done to them. 26 Not at all! When it has reached the clavicles. 27 And it was said: Who is a sorcerer? 28 And he thought that it was the separation. 29 And the shin was intertwined with the shin. 30 To your lord on that day is the driving. 31 He did not believe nor did he pray 32 But he accused of lying and turned away. 33 Then he went to his family swaggering. 34 Woe to you then woe! 35 Then woe to you then woe! 36 Does man think that he will be left futilely? 37 Was he not a drop of semen that is ejaculated? 38 Then he was a clot and he created and smoothed. 39 And he made from him the two pairs, the male and the female. 40 Is that not able to vivify the dead?
