In the Quran Habil (Abel) wants his brother to be damned.
S 5:27-32 And read to them the news of the two sons of Adam in truth, when they offered a qurban and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other. He said: I will kill you. He said: Allah only accepts from the fearers. If you stretch your hand towards me to kill me I do not stretch my hand towards you to kill you. I fear Allah, the lord of the ‘alamin. I want you to return with my sin and your sin and you to be of the companions of the fire, and that is the recompense of the wrongdoers. So his soul enticed him to kill his brother. So he killed him and he became of the losers. And Allah raised a crow, searching in the earth, to show him how to hide the abomination of his brother. He said: Woe is me! Was I incapable of being like this crow and hide the abomination of my brother? So he became of the regretful. From that term we wrote upon the Banu Isra’il that he who killed a soul for other than a soul or corruption in the land, it is as though he had killed all people and he who saved it, it is as though he had saved all people. And our messengers came to them with the proofs then many of them after that exceed in the land.
The unnamed Habil wants the unnamed 'Qabil' (clear and detailed Quran?) to kill him so that he might be damned. He wants him to bear his sin along with his own. But wait, isn't a man supposed to bear only his own sin?
S 6:164 Say: Is it other than Allah I should seek as a lord while he is lord of everything? And every soul does not earn except against it and a bearer does not bear another’s burden. Then to your lord is your return and he informs you of what you were differing in.
S 17:15 He who was guided, he is only guided for his soul. And he who has strayed, he only strays against it. And a bearer does not bear another’s burden. And we were not torturing until we raise a messenger.
S 35:18 And a bearer does not bear another’s burden. And if a laden one calls to its load, none of it is carried even if he was a relative. You only warn those who fear their lord in the ghayb and they have performed salat. And he who has purified himself, then he only purifies himself for himself. And to Allah is the destiny.
S 39:7 If you disbelieve then Allah is rich from you. And he is not pleased with kufr for his slaves. And if you are grateful he is pleased with it for you. And a bearer does not bear the burden of another. Then to your lord is your return and he informs you of what you used to do. He is learned in that of the chests.
S 53:38 A bearer not to bear another’s burden
We read in a hadith:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud:
that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "No soul is wrongfully taken except that some of the burden of its blood is upon the son of Adam, because he was the first to institute murder."
and:
Narrated Wa'il ibn Hujr:
I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) when a man who was a murderer and had a strap round his neck was brought to him. He then called the legal guardian of the victim and asked him: Do you forgive him? He said: No. He asked: Will you accept the blood-money? He said: No. He asked: Will you kill him? He said: Yes. He said: Take him. When he turned his back, he said: Do you forgive him? He said: No. He said: Will you accept the blood-money? He said: No. He said: Will you kill him? He said: Yes. He said: Take him. After repeating all this a fourth time, he said: If you forgive him, he will bear the burden of his own sin and the sin of the victim. He then forgave him. He (the narrator) said: I saw him pulling the strap.
