In this post we shall be looking at two passages.

S 33:4 Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his abdomen nor has he made your husbands whom you pronounce zihar upon your mothers. Nor has he made your adopted sons your sons. That is your speech with your mouths but Allah tells the truth. And he guides to the way.

The word I have translated "abdomen" is jawf, the word used in the Arabic Bible in Jonah 1:17.

KJV: Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.

جَوْف : - تَجْوِيف، فُتْحَة، نُقْرَة - An empty space in something solid - Small hole within a solid body - A hole in the surface of a road - A space in something that allows things to get through it - Deep track made by a wheel or wheels in soft ground - Long narrow cut or depression in the surface of hard material - Cavity of bone - aperture; furrow المختصر جَوْف : - بَطْن، خِلافُ الظَّهْر - Part of the body below the chest and diaphragm - belly; venter جَوْف : - باطِنُ البَطْن - Part of the body below the chest and diaphragm - coelom جَوْف : - داخِل، باطِن، بَطْن - Part of the body below the chest and diaphragm - inside; interior; heart; abdomen جَوَّفَ ( فعل ): - صَيَّرَهُ أَجْوَف، قَعَّرَ - make hollow جَوّفَ ( فعل ): - نَقَرَ - bore; dig; drill; hole; pierce; pit جَوّفَ ( فعل ): - قَوّرَ - cavern out; scoop out; cave; excavate; gouge جَوفَ ( فعل ): - كانَ أَجوَف - be hollow

S 66:1-4 Prophet, why do you forbid what Allah has permitted for you, seeking to please your husbands? And Allah is a forgiver, merciful. Allah has made for you the absolution of your oaths obligatory. And Allah is your mawla and he is the learned, the wise. And when the prophet confided a hadith in some of his husbands and when she informed of it and Allah revealed it to him he told some of it and exposed some. Then when he informed her of it she said: Who informed you of this? He said: The learned, the expert has informed me. If you repent to Allah--your hearts have deviated. And if you back one another up against him then Allah, he is his mawla and Jibril and the righteous of the believers, and the angels after that are an assistant.

The word used for "your hearts" is قُلُوبُكُمَا qulubukuma. This is speaking of two wives. Qulub is three or more hearts.
