Isa's Miracles

Isa is credited with a few miracles in the Quran.
S 3:49 And a messenger to Banu Isra’il: I have come to you with a sign from your lord that I create for you from clay like the form of a bird and blow into it and it is a bird with Allah’s permission. And I heal the blind and the leper and I vivify the dead with Allah’s permission. And I inform you of what you eat and what you lay by in your houses. In that there is a sign for you if you are believers.
S 5:110 When Allah said: Isa son of Maryam, remember my grace upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Holy Spirit when you speak to the people in the cradle and in middle age. And when I taught you the book and the wisdom and the Torah and the Injil. And when you create from the clay as the form of the bird with my permission and blow into it and it is a bird with my permission and you heal the blind man and the leper with my permission and when you bring out the dead with my permission. And when I restrained the Banu Isra’il from you when you brought them proofs and those who disbelieved of them said: This is nothing but obvious magic.

We read in S 17:59 And nothing prevented us from sending with the signs except that the first ones called them a lie. And we gave Thamud the cow camel as a visible sign but they wronged her. And we do not send the signs except as intimidation.
The Muslims will argue that Isa performed his miracles by 'permission', but if they want to say that he had the ability because he was enabled by Allah then as Allah was prevented from sending them we might also say that it would also have been prevented from enabling Isa to perform miracles. But does Isa do what Allah can't?
But we also read:
S 5:75 The Messiah the son of Maryam is nothing but a messenger. The messengers passed away before him and his mother is truthful. The two of them used to eat food. See how we make the signs clear to them. Then see how deluded they are!
Just a messenger.
S 6:48 And we do not send commissaries except as bearers of good news and warners. So those who have believed and reformed--there is no fear upon them nor do they grieve.
S 18:56 And we do not send the commissaries except as bearers of good news and warners. And those who have disbelieved argue with falsehood to refute the truth therewith. And they have taken my verses and what they have been warned of as a quip.
If Isa was a commissary, just a bearer of good news and a warner, and if just a messenger, where do miracles fit in?
