1 Say: Kafirun, 2 I do not worship what you worship 3 Nor do you worship what I worship 4 And I do not worship what you worship 5 Nor do you worship what I worship. 6 You have your religion and I have a religion.

Did not both the founder of Islam and the Quraysh worship Allah? So he did worship what they worshipped and they did worship what he worshipped. Muslims will often use this surah on Christian channels, etc. But don't they say that Allah is in the Bible, often citing the Arabic translation, and that when we revile Allah we revile our God? The author of the Quran was apparently of the opinion that Christians and Jews worshipped Allah. How can we both worship Allah and not worship it? After composing verses 2-3 he repeats himself. Is this supposed to be inimitable, astounding poetry? "I have a religion." The Arabic text does not have dini 'my religion' but simply din 'religion'.
