S 17:1 Praise be to the one who travelled by night with his slave at night from the Sacred Mosque to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, whose precincts we have blessed, to show him from our signs. He is the hearer, the seer.

Who is praising and who is the praised? Is the former Allah and is the latter Allah? Is Allah praising itself? Was Allah the one who travelled? As Muslims will say that the one who travelled is Jibril, is Allah praising Jibril? Was his slave the one who called himself 'Muhammad'? Hadith - Book of Prayer at Night (Tahajjud) - Sahih al-Bukhari - Did he travel by night at night?

Verb

أَسْرَى (ʔasrā) IV, non-past يُسْرِي‎‎ (yusrī)

  1. to travel by night أسرى - Wiktionary

The two, whoever they were supposed to be, travel from the Sacred Mosque to the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Nowhere in this verse does it speak of the Temple in Jerusalem. Regarding its location, see: 🔴 LIVE: Search For The REAL Al-Aqsa Mosque! (Video)

The latter's precincts were blessed by 'us', whoever they were. Weren't those of the Sacred Mosque, the Ka'bah? Was this trip made in order to show this slave a number of signs? What signs were there there? As the final sentence "He is the hearer, the seer." follows 'him', was the slave the hearer, the seer?
