S 3:45 When the angels said: Maryam, Allah gives you good news of a word from him. His name is The Messiah Isa Son Of Maryam, a dignitary in the dunya and the hereafter and of the Muqarrabun.

His name as given in the verse is a compound name: The Messiah Isa Son Of Maryam. It doesn't say that his name will be such. This suggests that he was pre-existent before his birth. Another thought, not connected with his name: If he is a dignitary in the hereafter, doesn't that suggest that he died?
