S 5:67 Messenger, send what has been sent down to you from your lord and if you have not done so then you have not sent his message. And Allah protects you from people. Allah does not guide the kafirun people.
Definitions:
(ditransitive) to inform
to report (عَن (ʕan) on) بَلَّغَ الشُّرْطَةَ عَنِ الْمُجْرِمِ (ballaḡa š-šurṭata ʕani l-mujrimi)
to send
to give with outstretched arms the reins of a horse
Allah's boss was called a messenger, "a person who carries a message or is employed to carry messages." (Google) Does a messenger send a message, or deliver it? But isn't Allah supposedly the sender of quran? Were there two (or more) senders of quran?
Or did the messenger (supposedly one) send the message to another messenger?
