Allah Brings

In this short post we shall look at two verses that suggest that Allah brought material.


S 7:52 And we brought them a book which we detailed au courant as guidance and mercy for people who believe.


We presumably refers to Allah. Allah brought an unnamed book that it detailed, au courant, informed. Did someone inform Allah concerning something so that it could provide details?


S 25:33 And they do not bring you a similitude but we have brought you the truth and the best tafsir.


We brought the truth and the best tafsir, presumably the Quran. If the Quran is the best tafsir, why do Muslims go to Ibn Kathir, et al.?


Both verses would suggest that Allah was on Earth. If Jibril or angels brought Quran, what is Allah doing bringing it?
