S 2:106 What we abrogate from a verse or cause it to be forgotten we bring better than it or the like of it. Have you not known that Allah is mighty over everything?

S 7:52 And we brought them a book which we detailed au courant as guidance and mercy for people who believe.

S 23:90 Rather, we have come to them with the truth and they are lying.

'Come with': Bring.

S 25:33 And they do not bring you a similitude but we have brought you the truth and the best tafsir.

Was/is Allah on Earth and brought (part of) a verse and the 'best tafsir'?

S 43:78 We have come to you with the truth but most of you hate the truth.

Now, Jibril (among other entities) supposedly brought 'revelations'. But can we understand by the passages in which 'we' bring/brought occur that it is actually Allah speaking?
