"He used to take with him the journey food for that (stay) and then come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food like-wise again for another period to stay, till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him in it and asked him to read."

Allah is called Al-Haqq (The Truth). We are told of an angel. 'Angel' simply means 'messenger', and all messengers that visit man are men.

S 19:17-19 And she took from them a screen. Then we sent to her our spirit and it assumed for her the likeness of a regular man. She said: I take refuge in Al-Rahman from you, if you are fearing. He said: I am only a messenger of your lord’s that I may give you a pure boy.

Allah's spirit, therefore Allah, has turned up on Earth and calls itself a messenger of Maryam's lord. But ONLY human messengers go to human beings. Only HUMAN Messengers Sent to Men Isa is called Allah's word and spirit.
