S 2:257 Allah is the protector of those who have believed. He brings them out of the darknesses into the light. And those who have disbelieved, their protectors are the taghut. They bring them out of the light into the darknesses. Those are the companions of the fire, they abide therein indefinitely.

Allah brings those who have believed out of the darknesses into the light?

S 5:16 Allah guides therewith those who have followed his pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out of the darknesses into the light with his permission and guides them to a straight path.

Allah brings people out of the darknesses into the light with whose permission?

S 14:1  Alif lam ra. A book we have sent down to you that you may bring out people from the darknesses into the light, with their lord’s permission, to the path of the mighty, the praiseworthy,

A book that has been sent down in order that someone, not Allah, may bring people out of the darknesses into the light with some 'lord's' permission. If this lord is Allah and has commanded this anonymous person to bring them out, why does the author speak of permission? Or does he do so off his own bat?

S 14:5 And we sent Musa with our signs: Bring your people out from the darknesses into the light. And remind them of the days of Allah. In that are signs for every patient, grateful man.

Another man who has brought people out of the darknesses into the light.

S 33:43 He is the one who prays for you and his angels to bring you out of the darknesses into the light and he was merciful to the believers.

'He' prays for people in order to be able to bring them out of the darknesses into the light. No prayer, no bringing out.

S 57:9 He is the one who sends down clear verses upon his slave to bring you out of the darknesses into the light. And Allah is kind, merciful to you.

Here bringing out is dependent upon clear verses being sent down upon an anonymous slave.

S 65:11 A messenger reading to you Allah’s clarifying verses that he may bring out those who have believed and have done the righteous deeds out of the darknesses into the light. And he who believes in Allah and does a righteous deed, he admits him to jannat, rivers running beneath them, abiding therein forever. Allah has done good for him in provision.

Here bringing out those who have believed (and have done the righteous deeds, whatever they are) is dependent upon an anonymous messenger's reading to some people Allah's clarifying verses.

So, Allah brings out, Musa brings out, a messenger brings out people out of the darknesses into the light. Musa and this messenger are human beings. Might Allah too be a human being, as two human beings do so? But doing such a thing suggests something that the divine would do.
