S 2:229-230 Divorce is twice. Then holding with kindness or dismissing with goodness. And it is not permitted for you to take from what you have given them at all except that they fear not to perform Allah’s hudud. But if you fear that they will not perform Allah’s hudud there is no misdemeanour upon them in what she has ransomed concerning it. Those are Allah’s hudud so do not transgress them. And he who transgresses Allah’s hudud, those are the wrongdoers. Then if he divorces her she is not permissible for him afterwards until she futters a husband other than he. Then if he divorces her there is no misdemeanour upon them to return to each other if they think that they perform Allah’s hudud. And those are Allah’s hudud. He clarifies them for people who know.
It was narrated from 'Aishah that a man divorced his wife three times and she married another husband who divorced her, before having intercourse with her. The Messenger of Allah was asked:
"Is she permissible for the first (husband to remarry her)?" He said: "No, not until he tastes her sweetness as the first tasted her sweetness."
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas that Al-Ghumaisa or Ar-Rumaisa' came to the Prophet complaining that her husband would not have intercourse with her. It was not long before her husband came and said:
"O Messenger of Allah, she is lying; he is having intercourse with her, but she wants to go back to her first husband." The Messenger of Allah said: "She cannot do that until she tastes his sweetness."
'Sweetness' translates 'usaylah, a diminutive of the word 'asal 'honey' and means 'orgasm'. Translation and Meaning of عسيلة
The founder of Islam made the Torah a judge by placing it on his chair and said that he believed in it.
Narrated Abdullah Ibn Umar:
A group of Jews came and invited the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to Quff. So he visited them in their school. They said: AbulQasim, one of our men has committed fornication with a woman; so pronounce judgment upon them. They placed a cushion for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who sat on it and said: Bring the Torah. It was then brought. He then withdrew the cushion from beneath him and placed the Torah on it saying: I believed in thee and in Him Who revealed thee. He then said: Bring me one who is learned among you. Then a young man was brought. The transmitter then mentioned the rest of the tradition of stoning similar to the one transmitted by Malik from Nafi'(No. 4431).
The Torah that he said he believed in says:
1When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. 2And when she is departed out of his house, she may go and be another man's wife. 3And if the latter husband hate her, and write her a bill of divorcement, and giveth it in her hand, and sendeth her out of his house; or if the latter husband die, which took her to be his wife; 4Her former husband, which sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after that she is defiled; for that is abomination before the LORD: and thou shalt not cause the land to sin, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
