If Allah Wills

S 12:99 And when they entered upon Yusuf he put his parents up and said: Enter Egypt, if Allah wills, secure.

S 18:69 He said: You will find me, if Allah wills, patient and I shall not disobey your command.

S 28:27 He said: I want you to nikah one of these my two daughters that you should work for me for eight years. But if you have completed ten, then it is from you. And I do not want to make things difficult for you. You will find me, if Allah wills, of the righteous.

S 37:102 So when he reached the striving with him he said: My son, I see in the dream that I am sacrificing you so look what you see. He said: Father, do what you are commanded. You will find me if Allah wills of the patient.

S 48:27 And Allah has confirmed his messenger the vision with truth. He shall enter the Sacred Mosque, if Allah wills, secure, your heads shaved and shortened, not fearing. But he knew what you did not know and he made instead of that a close victory.

But isn't this supposedly Allah talking? If so, why is Allah saying 'If Allah wills'? Something similar may be seen in S 9:30 And the Jews said: Uzayr is the son of Allah and the Nasara said: The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their speech with their mouths. They imitate the speech of those who disbelieved before. Allah fight them! How deluded they are!

Allah wants Allah to fight them?
