(Chronological order)

S 54:25 (37th) Was the Dhikr thrown upon him from among us? Rather, he is an untruthful liar.

S 54:26 They will know tomorrow who the untruthful liar is.

S S 38:4 (38th) And they wondered that a warner from themselves had come to them. And the kafirun said: This is a magician, a liar.

S 40:24 (60th) To Fir’awn and Haman and Qarun but they said: A magician, a liar.

S 40:28 And a believing man from Fir’awn’s family who conceals his faith said: Will you kill a man because he says: My lord is Allah and has brought you the proofs from your lord? And if he is a liar then upon him is his lie and if he is truthful, some of that which he promises you will strike you. Allah does not guide him who is extravagant, a liar.

Does Allah agree with Fir'awn's family member? If so, if 'the messenger' said what we read below, would Allah guide him?

Asma bint Yazid narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:

"it is not lawful to lie except in three cases: Something the man tells his wife to please her, to lie during war, and to lie in order to bring peace between the people."
