S 5:78 Those who disbelieved of the Banu Isra'il were cursed by the tongue of Dawud and Isa son of Maryam. That was because they disobeyed and used to transgress.

S 14:4 And we have not sent any messenger except with the tongue of his people to clarify for them. And Allah misguides whom he wills and guides whom he wills. And he is the mighty, the wise.

S 16:103 And we know that they say: Only a human being teaches him. The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign but this is a clear Arabic tongue.

The Jalalayn say:

And verily wa-laqad is for confirmation We know that they say ‘It is only a human that is teaching him the Qur’ān’ — this was a Christian blacksmith whom the Prophet s used to frequent. God exalted be He says The tongue the language of him to whom they refer to whom they incline with the accusation that he is the one teaching him is foreign’; while this Qur’ān is in a clear Arabic tongue one of lucidity and clarity so how can a foreigner be teaching him?

The Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs says:

(And We know well) O Muhammad (that they) i.e. the disbelievers of Mecca (say: Only a man) Jabr and Yasar (teacheth him) the Qur'an. (The speech of him at whom they falsely hint) incline and ascribe this to (is outlandish) Hebraic, (and this is clear Arabic speech) He says: the Qur'an is in the usage of the Arabic language. altafsir.com

If a foreigner speaks in say broken English, can't one report what he says in correct English?

S 19:50  And we gave them from our mercy and made for them a tongue of truth, high.

S 19:97  So we have only facilitated it with your tongue that you may give good news therewith to the fearers and warn therewith a disputatious people.

S 20:27  And untie a knot from my tongue

In this verse the pronominal suffix is written, unlike in a number of other verses. Why the inconsistency?

S 26:13 And my chest tightens and my tongue does not proceed so send to Harun.

S 26:84  And make for me a tongue of truth among the others.

S 26:195  In a clear Arabic tongue.

S 28:34  And my brother Harun, he is more eloquent than I in tongue so send him with me as an aid to confirm me. I fear that they will call me a liar.

S 44:58  So indeed we have facilitated it in your tongue; perhaps they will remember.

S 46:12 And before it is Musa's book as a guideline and a mercy. And this is a book confirming in Arabic to warn those who have done wrong and good news for the good-doers.

If 'it' refers to quran, then it had a beginning and was completely unknown to Moses. If this 'book of Musa' was corrupted, is it still a guideline and a mercy?

S 75:16 Do not move your tongue with it to hurry with it.

S 90:9 And a tongue and lips
