Was Isa Sent To His People?

Muslims like to say that Jesus (supposedly Isa) was limited to the Israelites. We read in S 4:4
And we have not sent any messenger except with the tongue of his people to clarify for them. And Allah misguides whom he wills and guides whom he wills. And he is the mighty, the wise.
So a messenger goes to his people. But whereas most messengers in quran address people saying 'My people' (understood from the text but not actually in the rasm), and we frequently come across 'his people', Isa addresses people as 'Banu Isra'il', and not once do we read 'his people'. There is scholarly opinion too that they were not his people.
If we are to understand that Isa had no people, or even if he had a people, but the Israelites were not his people, if he could go to a people whom he was not of, why couldn't he be for all peoples?
From a Muslim article:
Allah says:
“warasūlan (And will make him a Messenger) to banī (the Children) is’rāīla (of Israel) (saying): “ji’tukum (I have come to you) biāyatin (with a sign) from your Lord, that I design for you out of clay, a figure like that of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah’s Leave; and I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I bring the dead to life by Allah’s Leave. And I inform you of what you eat, and what you store in your houses. Surely, therein is a sign for you, if you believe.” Sura 3/49
“O you who believe! Be you helpers (in the Cause) of Allah as said ‘Îsa, ub’nu (son) maryama (of Maryam), to the Hawariyyun (the disciples): “Who are my helpers (in the Cause) of Allah?” The Hawariyyun (the disciples) said: “We are Allah’s helpers”. Then a group of the Children of Israel believed and a group disbelieved. So We gave power to those who believed against their enemies, and they became the victorious.” Sura 61/14
“Isa was not but a servant upon whom We bestowed favor, and We made him mathalan (an example) libanī is’rāīla (for the Children of Israel).” Sura 43/59
“And when ‘Îsa came with (Our) clear Proofs, he said: “ji’tukum (I have come to you) with Al-Hikmah (Wisdom), wali-ubayyina (and that I make clear) lakum (to you) some of the (points) in which you differ. Therefore fear Allah and obey me.” Sura 43/63
“Then, We sent after them Our Messengers, and We sent ‘Îsa ib’ni (son) maryama (of Maryam), and gave him the Injeel (Gospel). And We ordained in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy. But the monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them, but (they sought it) only to please Allah therewith, but they did not observe it with the right observance. So We gave alladhīna (those who) believed min’hum (among them) their (due) reward; but many of them are Fasiqun.” Sura 57/27
Hence, when we examine and research the lineage of Prophet Isa ibn Maryam have any one ever notice that Isa ibn Maryam did not refer to Bani Israel as “My People” (Yaqawmi)
Allah says:
“Surely, they have disbelieved who say: “Allah is the Messiah , ub’nu (son of) Maryam.” But the Messiah said: “yābanī (O Children) is’rāīla (of Israel)! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.” Verily, whosoever sets up partners (in worship) with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise to him, and the Fire will be his abode . And for the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers) there are no helpers.” Sura 5/72
“And remember when ‘Îsa, ub’nu (son of) Maryam, said: “yābanī (O Children) is’rāīla (of Israel)! I am the Messenger of Allah unto you, confirming the Taurat [(Torah) which came] before me, and giving glad tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad. But when he came to them with clear proofs, they said: “This is plain magic.” Sura 61/6
“And (remember) when Allah will say: “O ‘Îsa, son of Maryam! Did you say lilnnāsi (unto the people): ‘Worship me and my mother as two gods besides Allah?’ ” He will say: “Glory be to You! It was not for me to say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, You would surely have known it. You know what is in my inner-self though I do not know what is in Yours; truly, You, only You, are the All-Knower of all that is hidden (and unseen).” sura 5/116 Isa ibn Maryam NEVER referred to Bani Israel as ‘My People’ | Khidr Amari research
