Muslims will tell us that the guy who called himself 'Muhammad' is (sic) a messenger and prophet to the world. But they, if they've actually bothered to read their book, ignore a number of passages.

S 6:92 And this is a book; we have sent it down, blessed, confirming that which is in front of it and that you may warn the mother of the villages and those who are around it. And those who believe in the hereafter believe in it and they are guarding over their salat.

S 42:7 And thus have we inspired you with an Arabic quran that you may warn the mother of villages and those around it and warn on the day of collection. There is no doubt therein. A party in the Jannah and a party in the blaze.

The 'mother of villages' is Mecca. Allah's boss, 'just a warner', to the village of Mecca and the immediate surrounding area. Now, what might that be? A mile? Two miles? Medina itself is 209.96 miles from Mecca. So we can exclude even Medina from being part of his area to warn.
