Were the Islamic Prophets Disbelievers?

S 6:112 And thus did we make for every prophet an enemy--devils of man and jinn, inspiring one another with the ornament of speech in delusion. But had your lord willed they would not have done it, so leave them and what they fabricate.


S 19:83 Have you not seen that we have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, tanging them?


We are told that Allah made devils for every prophet and that it has sent devils upon the disbelievers. So should we understand that the Islamic prophets were disbelievers?
