A Clear Book/Clear Signs

S 5:15 People of the Book, our messenger has come to you making clear to you much of what you used to conceal of the Book and pardoning much. A light and a clear book have come to you from Allah.

S 12:1 Alif lam ra. Those are signs of the clear book.

I take ayat when following letters to refer to them.
