They are not:


S 5:65 And had the People of the Book believed and feared we would have atoned for their evil deeds and admitted them to the jannat of bliss.


They are:


S 5:69 Those who have believed and those who were Jewish and the Sabians and the Nasara, he who has believed in Allah and the last day and has done a righteous deed, there is no fear upon them and they do not grieve.


They are not Jannah-bound in verse 65 but four verses down, they are. This is the 112th surah chronologically.
