S 3:28 Let the believers not take the kafirun as protectors instead of the believers. And he who does that does not have in anything from Allah except that you fear them as a precaution. And Allah warns you of himself. And to Allah is the destiny.
S 3:175 That is only the Devil that frightens his protectors so do not fear them but fear me if you are believers.
S 4:76 Those who have believed fight in the way of Allah and those who have disbelieved fight in the way of al-taghut. So fight the Devil’s protectors. The Devil’s stratagem was weak.
S 4:89 They have desired you to disbelieve as they have disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take protectors from them until they emigrate in the way of Allah. But if they have turned away, take them and kill them wherever you have found them. And do not take a protector or a helper from them.
S 4:139 Those who take the kafirun as protectors instead of the believers. Do they seek honour with them? But honour is Lah’s, all.
S 4:144 Those who have believed, do not take the kafirun as protectors instead of the believers. Do you want to make clear authority for Lah against you?
S 5:51 Those who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Nasara as protectors. Some of them are protectors of others. And he who takes them as protectors among you, he is of them. Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
S 5:57 Those who have believed, do not take those who have taken your religion as a quip and a game from those who were given the Book before you and the kuffar as protectors. And fear Allah if you are believers.
S 5:81 And were they believing in Allah and the prophet and what was sent down to him they would not have taken them as protectors but many of them are fasiqun.
S 7:3 Follow what has been sent down to you from your lord and do not follow protectors instead of him. Little is what you remember.
S 7:27 Banu Adam, let the Devil not tempt you as he expelled your parents from the Jannah, stripping them of their clothes to show them their pudenda. He sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them. We have made the devils protectors for those who do not believe.
S 7:30 A party he has guided and a party he has recognised. Upon them is straying. They have taken the devils as protectors instead of Allah and they think that they are guided.
In verse 27 we are told that Allah has made the devils protectors for disbelievers.
S 8:34 And what do they have that Allah should not torture them while they block from the Sacred Mosque and were not its protectors? Its protectors are nothing but the fearers but most of them do not know.
S 8:72 Those who have believed and emigrated and waged jihad with their monies and their souls in the way of Allah and those who have lodged and helped, those--they are one another’s protectors. And those who have believed and have not emigrated, you do not have any of their protection from anything until they emigrate. And if they have sought your help in the religion, upon you is the help except against a people between you and them is a covenant. And Allah is a seer of what you do.
S 8:73 And those who have disbelieved, they are one another’s protectors. Except you do it there will be fitnah in the land and big corruption.
S 9:23 Those who have believed, do not take your fathers and your brothers as protectors if they have preferred kufr to faith. And those who take them as protectors among you, those are the wrongdoers.
S 9:71 And the believing men and the believing women, protectors of one another. They command kindness and forbid baseness and perform the salat and give the zakat and obey Allah and his messenger. Those, Allah will have mercy on them. Allah is mighty, wise.
S 10:62 Indeed, Allah’s protectors--there is no fear upon them nor do they grieve.
S 11:20 Those were not escaping on the Earth and they had no protectors instead of Allah. The torture is doubled for them. They were not able to hear nor did they see.
S 11:113 And do not incline to those who have wronged that the fire touch you and you have no protectors instead of Allah, then you are not helped.
S 13:16 Say: Who is the lord of the skies and the Earth? Say: Allah. Say: So have you taken protectors instead of him, not possessing benefit for themselves nor harm? Say: Are the blind man and the sighted equal? Or are the darknesses and the light equal? Or have they made partners for Lah, who created like his creation so that creation resembled to them? Say: Allah is the creator of everything and he is the one, the oppressing.
S 17:97 And he whom Allah guides, he is the guided; and he whom Allah misguides, you will not find for them protectors instead of him. And we gather them on the day of resurrection on their faces--blind and dumb and deaf. Their shelter is Jahannam. Every time it abated we increased the blaze for them.
S 18:50 And when we said to the angels: Do sujud to Adam. So they did sujud except Iblis. He was of the jinn. And he acted immorally against his lord’s command. So do you take him and his offspring as protectors instead of me when they are an enemy to you? Miserable was an exchange for the wrongdoers.
S 18:102 So have those who have disbelieved supposed that they would take my slaves instead of me as protectors? We have prepared Jahannam for the kafirun as lodging.
S 25:18 They said: Praise be to you! It was not behoving for us to take instead of you any protectors. But you amused them and their fathers until they forgot the dhikr and were a fallow people.
S 29:41 The similitude of those who have taken protectors instead of Allah is like the similitude of the spider that has taken a house. And the weakest of houses is the spider’s house, if they knew.
S 39:3 Indeed, Lah’s is the pure religion. And those who take protectors instead of him--We do not worship them except that they may bring us closer to Allah zulfa. Allah judges among them in what they differ about. Allah does not guide one who is a liar, a kaffar.
S 42:6 And those who take protectors instead of him, Allah is a keeper over them and you are not an agent over them.
S 42:9 Or have they taken protectors instead of him? But Allah, he is the protector and he vivifies the dead. And he is mighty over everything.
S 42:46 And they had no protectors to help them instead of Allah. And whom Allah misguides, he has no way.
S 45:10 Behind them is Jahannam and what they have earned does not avail them at all nor what they have taken instead of Allah as protectors. And theirs is great torture.
S 45:19 They will not avail you against Allah at all. And the wrongdoers are protectors of one another and Allah is protector of the fearers.
S 46:32 And he who does not answer Allah’s caller, there is no escape on the Earth and he has no protectors instead of him. Those are in obvious error.
S 60:1 Those who have believed, do not take my enemy and your enemy as protectors, throwing them affection when they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth, expelling the messenger and you because you believe in Allah your lord. If you come out to wage jihad in my way and seeking my pleasure. You confide in them with affection but I am a knower of what you have concealed and what you have announced. And he who does it among you has strayed from the sameness of the way.
S 62:6 Say: Those who were Jewish, if you claim that you are protectors of Lah instead of the people then wish for death, if you are truthful.
