S 38:75 (38th) He said: Iblis, what prevented you from doing sujud to what I have created with my hands? Were you arrogant or were you of the exalted?

Here the dual (two things) is used.

S 36:71 (41st) Have they not seen that we have created for them of what our hands have done, cattle, then they are owners of them?

Here it's the plural (three or more).

S 36:83 So praise be to the one in whose hand is the kingdom of everything and to him are you returned.

Here it's one hand.

S 39:67 (59th) And they did not estimate Allah at his true worth and all the Earth is his grasp on the day of resurrection and the skies are folded in his right hand. Praise be to him and elevated above what they associate!

Here a right hand is being referred to. The text suggests that it might have a left.

.

S 51:47 (63rd) And the sky, we built it with hands and we are able.

Here the plural is used.

S 23:88 (74th) Say: Who is it in whose hand is the kingdom of everything and he protects and none is protected from him, if you know?

Now it's back to one hand.

S 67:1 (77th) Blessed be the one in whose hand is the dominion and he is mighty over everything.

Again one hand.

S 3:26 (89th) Say: Allahumma, owner of the dominion, you give the dominion to whom you will and take away the dominion from whom you will and honour whom you will and vulgarise whom you will. In your hand is good. You are mighty over everything.

Again one hand.

S 3:73 And do not believe except him who has followed your religion. Say: The guidance is Allah’s guidance, lest the like of what has been given to you be given to someone or they argue with you with your lord. Say: The favour is in Allah’s hand. He gives it to whom he wills and Allah is wide, learned.

Again one hand.

S 57:29 (94th) Lest the People of the Book know they do not have power over anything from Allah’s favour and that the favour is in Allah’s hand. He gives it to whom he wills. And Allah is the possessor of the great favour.

Again one hand.

S 5:64 (112th) And the Jews have said: Allah’s hand is manacled. Their hands have been manacled and they have been cursed for what they have said. Rather, his hands are outstretched. He spends how he wills. And he shall increase many of them, what has been sent down to you from your lord, in despotism and kufr. And we have thrown enmity and hatred among them to the day of resurrection. Every time they have kindled a fire for war Allah has put it out. And they chase corruption in the land. And Allah does not love the corrupters.

One hand. If it is manacled, what about the other(s)?

S 48:10 (111th) Those who pledge allegiance to you only pledge allegiance to Allah. Allah’s hand is over their hands. So he who has broken only breaks against himself and he who has fulfilled what he has covenanted upon with Allah, he will give him a great wage.

One hand.

If 'hand' signifies power, what do right hand, two hands and multiple hands signify?

Outside of quran, Allah has two right hands.

"Then Allah said to him – while His Two Hands were closed – ‘Choose which of them you wish.’ He said: ‘I chose the right My Lord and both of the Hands of my Lord are right, blessed.’"

In S 36:71 and 51:47 'we' is used. We might use the Arabic plural if a number of people are in view.
