Allah the Repenter

Allah is a believer, prays, is on a straight path and repents.
S 2:37 Then Adam received words from his lord. So he repented for him. He is the repenter, the merciful.
S 2:54 And when Musa said to his people: People, you have wronged yourselves in your taking the calf. So repent to your bari’ and kill yourselves. That is better for you with your bari’. Then he repented for you. He is the repenter, the merciful.
S 2:128 Our lord, and make us Muslims for you. And from our offspring a surrendering nation for you. And show us our rituals and repent for us. You are the repenter, the merciful.
S 2:160 Except those who have repented and reformed and clarified. Then those I repent for and I am the repenter, the merciful.
S 2:187 Obscenity towards your women has been made lawful for you on the night of fasting. They are a garment for you and you are a garment for them. Allah knew that you used to deceive yourselves so he repented for you and pardoned you. So now have relations with them and seek what Allah has written for you. And eat and drink until the white thread is distinguished for you from the black thread of dawn. Then complete the fast to the night. And do not have relations with them when you are secluded in the mosques. Those are Allah’s hudud, so do not approach them. Thus Allah clarifies his verses for people; perhaps they will fear.
S 3:128 You have nothing of the matter whether he repents for them or tortures them. And they are wrongdoers.
S 4:16 And those two men who commit it among you, harm them. But if they repent and reform then turn away from them. Allah was repenting, merciful.
S 4:17 Repentance is only on Allah for those who do evil in ignorance then repent soon afterwards. Then those, Allah repents for them and Allah was learned, wise.
S 4:26 Allah wants to make clear for you and guide you to the ways of those before you and repent for you. And Allah is learned, wise.
S 4:27 And Allah wants to repent for you, but those who follow lusts want you to incline greatly.
S 4:64 And we did not send any messenger except to be obeyed with Allah’s permission. And had they when they had wronged themselves come to you and asked Allah for forgiveness and the messenger had asked for forgiveness for them they would have found Allah a repenter, merciful.
[S 4:92 And it was not for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And he who has killed a believer by mistake then the freeing of a believing neck and bloodwit is paid to his family unless they remit as charity. But if he was from a people hostile to you and he was a believer then the freeing of a believing neck. And if he was from a people with a treaty existing between you and them then bloodwit is paid to his family and the freeing of a believing neck. And he who has not found then fasting for two months consecutively, repentance from Allah. And Allah was learned, wise.]

S 5:39 But he who repents after his injustice and reforms--Allah repents for him. Allah is a forgiver, merciful.

S 9:118 And for the three of those who had been left until when the land was straitened for them although it was wide. And their souls were straitened for them and they thought that there was no refuge from Allah except to him. Then he repented for them that they might repent. Allah, he is the repenter, the merciful.

S 58:13 Have you been scared of offering charities in the presence of your confidential talk? Then when you have not done and Allah has repented for you, then perform salat and give the zakat and obey Allah and his messenger. And Allah is an expert in what you do.
S 73:20 Your lord knows that you stand less than two thirds of the night and half of it and a third of it and a party of those with you. And Allah determines the night and the day. He knew that you will not enumerate it so he has repented for you, so read what has got easier of the Quran. He knew that there would be sick men among you and others travelling in the land seeking Allah’s favour and others fighting in the way of Allah. So read what has got easier of it and establish salat and give the zakat and give Allah a goodly loan. And what you offer for yourselves of good you find it with Allah. It is better and greater as a wage. And ask Allah for forgiveness. Allah is a forgiver, merciful.
S 110:3 Then praise with the praise of your lord and ask him for forgiveness. He was a repenter.
