S 28:6 And to empower them in the land and to show Fir’awn and Haman and their troops among them what they were fearing.

S 28:8 Then Fir’awn’s family picked him up that he might be an enemy and a grief to them. Fir’awn and Haman and their troops were sinners.

Haman has troops.

S 28:38  And Fir’awn said: Chiefs, I have not known for you any god other than me. So kindle for me, Haman, on the clay and make me a sarh; perhaps I shall look at Musa’s god. And I think him of the liars.

S 29:39 And Qarun and Fir’awn and Haman. And Musa came to them with the proofs but they were arrogant in the land and were not preceding.

S 40:23-24  And we sent Musa with our signs and clear authority / To Fir’awn and Haman and Qarun but they said: A magician, a liar.

Musa is sent to both Haman, Fir'awn and Qarun.

S 40:36 And Fir’awn said: Haman, build me a sarh; perhaps I shall reach the cables,

Muslims will speak of differences between Gospel accounts and think that there's a problem. But compare S 28:38 with S 40:36.

What is the relationship between Haman and Fir'awn? Are they allies?

Haman of course is from the Book of Esther, an Agagite, an official at the court of Ahasuerus of Persia.
