S 2:75 Do you then hope that they will believe in you while a party of them used to hear Allah’s words then distort it after what they had comprehended it while they knew?

S 2:76 And when those who believed met they said: We have believed. And when they turned to one another they said: Do you tell them of what Allah has opened upon you that they may argue with you therewith before your lord? So do you not comprehend?

S 2:164 In the creation of the skies and the Earth and the difference of night and day and the ships which run in the sea with what benefits people and what Allah has sent down from the sky of water and has vivified the Earth therewith after its death and has spread thereon of every beast and the change of winds and the clouds subjected between the sky and the Earth are signs for people who comprehend.

And do not approach fawahish, what was visible of them and what was hidden. And do not kill the soul that Allah has forbidden except by right. That has he advised you with; perhaps you will comprehend.

S 7:169 Then after them descendants succeeded who inherited the Book, taking the accident of this nearer one and saying: We shall be forgiven. And if an accident the like of it comes to them they take it. Was the covenant of the Book not taken upon them that they should not say about Allah but the truth and they have studied what is in it? And the home of the hereafter is better for those who fear. Do you then not comprehend?
