This expression occurs some nine times.
S 2:101 And when a messenger came to them from Allah confirming what is with them, a party of those who were given the Book chucked Allah’s book behind their backs as though they do not know.
Two books are in view here: Supposedly the Bible or the Torah and (quran?) But isn't this Book supposedly Allah's?
S 3:23 Have you not seen those who were given a share of the Book? They are called to Allah’s book to judge among them then a party of them turns away and they are averse.
What does 'share' mean? Is the Book not Allah's book?
S 4:24 And the muhsanat of the women except what your right hands have possessed, Allah's book upon you. And made lawful for you is what is beyond that, that you seek with your money, being fortified, not musafihun. So what you have enjoyed of it from them, give them their wages as an obligation. And there is no transgression on you concerning what you have agreed upon after the obligation. Allah was learned, wise.
S 5:44 We sent down the Torah; therein is guidance and light. The prophets, those who have surrendered for those who were Jewish, judge by it, and the rabbaniyun and the rabbis what they were entrusted with of Allah’s Book and they were witnesses over it. So do not fear people but fear me. And do not buy my verses at a low price. And those who have not judged by what Allah has sent down--those are the kafirun.
S 8:75 And those who believed afterwards and emigrated and waged jihad with you, those are of you. And the possessors of wombs are nearer to one another in Allah’s book. Allah is learned in everything.
S 9:36 The ‘iddah of months with Allah is 12 months in Allah’s book on a day he created the skies and the Earth. Of them four are sacred. That is the worthy religion so do not wrong yourselves therein. And fight the mushrikun altogether as they fight you altogether. And know that Allah is with the fearers.
S 30:56 And those who had been given the knowledge and the faith said: You remained in Allah’s book to the day of rising. And this is the day of rising but you did not know.
S 33:6 The prophet is closer to the believers than themselves and his husbands are their mothers. And the possessors of wombs are closer to one another in Allah’s book than the believers and the emigrants except that you do your protectors a kindness. That was mastur in the book.
In what book?
S 35:29 Those who read Allah’s book and have performed salat and spent of what we have provided them with secretly and publicly hope for trade that will not perish
What should we understand by Allah's book? We read of Musa's book but that was supposedly given him. Perhaps Allah was given a book. Is it actually quran? We're not told that it is. 'Allah's book' is undefined.
Is there supposed to be but one book of Allah's? In S 66:12 we read of books:
And Maryam daughter of Imran who fortified her private part and we blew into it from our spirit. And she believed in her lord’s words and his books. And she was of the obedient.
Are Allah's books what it has on its shelf? If they were all given, well I've given many a book as a present, none of which was authored by me, and all of course pre-existed. If Allah gave a book perhaps it was given that book.
As Allah's book, whatever that is supposed to be, cannot be that which mentions that book, it must be something else.

The Koran is the compilation of the words of Muhammad and his scribes. It's not the Qur'an.
Allah's Book is Mo's name for the Torah, Psalms and Bible combined. The "Qur'an" refers to the Bible.
