S 2:26 Allah is not ashamed to make a similitude of even a mosquito and even above it. So as for those who have believed, and they know that it is the truth from their lord, and as for those who have disbelieved, and they say: What did Allah want by this similitude? He misguides therewith many and guides therewith many. And he does not misguide therewith except the fasiqun.

Allah misguides by means of its similitudes?

S 2:99 And we sent down to you clear verses and none disbelieves in them but the fasiqun.

So Muslims in general.

S 3:82 So those who have turned away after that, those are the fasiqun.

S 3:110 You were the best nation taken out for people, commanding kindness and forbidding baseness and believing in Allah. And had the People of the Book believed they would have had good. Among them are the believers and most of them are the fasiqun.

S 5:25 He said: Lord, I do not have power except over myself and my brother, so separate between us and the fasiq people.

S 5:26  He said: Then is it forbidden to them for 40 years; they wander on the Earth. So do not despair over the fasiq people.

S 5:47  And let the People of the Injil judge by what Allah has sent down therein. And those who have not judged by what Allah has sent down then those are the fasiqun.

S 5:49 And judge among them by what Allah has sent down and do not follow their desires and watch out for them lest they tempt you from some of what Allah has sent down to you. And if they turn away, know that Allah only wants to afflict them for some of their sins. And many of the people are fasiqun.

What sins does Allah want to afflict people for?

S 5:59 Say: People of the Book, do you venge us except that we have believed in Allah and what has been sent down to us and what was sent down before and that most of you are fasiqun?

S 5:81 And were they believing in Allah and the prophet and what was sent down to him they would not have taken them as protectors but many of them are fasiqun.

S 5:108 That is nearer that they bring the testimony on its face or they fear that oaths would be rejected after their oaths. And fear Allah and hear. And Allah does not guide the fasiq people.

S 7:102 And we did not find any covenant for most of them. And indeed we found most of them fasiqun.

S 7:145 And we wrote for him in the tablets-- of everything an exhortation and an explanation for everything. So take them with strength and command your people to take the best of them. I shall show you the home of the fasiqun.

Take the best of them, ignoring what is deemed less than the best?

S 9:8 How while if they become manifest over you they do not await an illa among you or dhimmah? They satisfy you with their mouths and their hearts have refused and most of them are fasiqun.

S 9:24  Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brothers and your husbands and your clan and monies you have committed and trade you fear a slump therein and dwellings you have taken pleasure in are more beloved to you than Allah and his messenger and jihad in his way, then lie in wait until Allah brings his command. And Allah does not guide the fasiq people.

S 9:53  Say: Spend willingly or unwillingly. It will not be accepted from you. You are a fasiq people.

S 9:67 The male hypocrites and the female hypocrites, of one another. They command baseness and forbid kindness and hold their hands. They have forgotten Allah so he has forgotten them. The hypocrites are the fasiqun.

S 9:80 Ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them. If you ask forgiveness for them 70 times, Allah will not forgive them. That is because they disbelieved in Allah and his messenger and Allah does not guide the fasiq people.

S 9:84  And never pray for any of them who has died nor stand at his grave. They disbelieved in Allah and his messenger and died while they were fasiqun.

S 9:96 They swear to you that you may be pleased with them. But if you are pleased with them then Allah is not pleased with the fasiq people.

S 21:74  And Lut whom we gave judgment and knowledge to and we saved him from the village that was doing filthy things. They were a people of evil, fasiqun.

S 24:4 And those who accuse muhsanat then have not brought four witnesses, flog them with 80 lashes and do not accept their testimony ever. And those--they are the fasiqun.

S 24:55 Allah has promised those who have believed among you and have done the righteous deeds, he will make them succeed on the Earth as he made those before them succeed and enable for them their religion which he has approved for them and give them security in exchange after their fear, they worshipping me, not associating anything with me. And he who has disbelieved after that, those are the fasiqun.

S 27:12 And enter your hand into your pocket. It comes out white without evil. In nine signs to Fir’awn and his people. They were a fasiq people.

Musa's hand's becoming white was one of the ten plagues? The author imagines nine, including the Flood. See The Flood See also Qur'an Contradiction: A Flood in the time of Moses?

S 28:32  Insert your hand into your pocket. It comes out white without evil. And gather to you your wing from fright. So those are two proofs from your lord to Fir’awn and his chiefs. They were fasiq people.

Musa's 'wing' was supposed to scare him?

S 32:18  Then is he who was a believer like him who was a fasiq? They are not equal.

S 43:54 So he persuaded his people and they obeyed him. They were fasiq people.

S 46:35 So be patient as the determined of the messengers were patient and do not ask to hasten for them. As though they, on a day they see what they are promised, had not remained but an hour of a day. A notice. But is destroyed but the fasiq people?

S 49:6 Those who have believed, if a fasiq comes to you with news then ascertain lest you afflict a people in ignorance then you become regretful over what you have done.

S 51:46  And Nuh’s people before. They were a fasiq people.

S 57:16  Has it not come for those who have believed for their hearts to yield to Allah’s dhikr and what has come down of the truth? And that they should not be like those who were given the Book before and the appointed time was long for them so their hearts hardened and many of them are fasiqun.

S 57:26  And we sent Nuh and Ibrahim and put in their offspring the prophethood and the Book and among them is one guided and many of them are fasiqun.

Isn't everyone alive a descendant of Noah? Did the author imagine that Noah and Abraham were closely related? Did the ancient Chinese have the Bible?

S 57:27  Then we sent after on their tracks our messengers and we sent after Isa son of Maryam and gave him the Injil. And we put kindness and mercy in the hearts of those who followed him. And monasticism, they innovated it. We did not write it upon them but the seeking of Allah’s pleasure but they did not observe it with its right care. So we gave those who had believed among them their wage and many of them are fasiqun.

So were Nuh and Ibrahim not messengers? Was Isa? Many of those who had believed are fasiqun?

S 59:5  What you cut down of a linah or left them standing on their roots, by Allah’s permission and that he might disgrace the fasiqun.

S 59:19  And do not be like those who forgot Allah and he made them forget themselves. Those are the fasiqun.

S 61:5 And when Musa said to his people: People, why do you harm me when you have known that I am Allah’s messenger to you? Then when they swerved Allah made their hearts swerve. And Allah does not guide the fasiq people.

S 63:6  It is equal to them whether you have asked for forgiveness for them or have not asked for forgiveness for them. Allah will not forgive them. Allah does not guide the fasiq people.
